during the second last day of the school holidays
I followed my mumsy to one of her Puspanita activity
I totally forgot the name but I think its called the health & beauty program
first there was a laughing session
NO, its name was way better -it was called laughing yoga
no kidd man
but i was forcing myself to laugh because well, there was nothing funny to laugh about
except a lot of mums laughing
if you think about it, its kinda funny kan
but yeah, it is good, I think, cos it helps you to release all those tension in you
I forgot to take pics when it happened
mind you, I was busy laughing

then next, there was a cooking demo
the chef made mango crepes
and also chocolate brownies
after that was the health session
the last session
a make-up demonstration by nicole
and again, I forgot to take a pic with her
the make-up artist has been on ntv7 a few times
doesn't the model look a lil bit like scha?that is all
